Once we have received your booking form and checked availability, confirmation will be made within 72 hours.


Payment in full is required to secure your party package order once availability has been confirmed. 

Until your payment is received, your party package is not a confirmed booking,

Payment plans may be agreed to at the discretion of MegR & Co Parties.

You will be provided with a confirmation number once your booking is confirmed.  Please include this as your reference and the date of order.



Cancellations to orders are accepted up to 2 weeks prior with a refund of 50%.  If the order is cancelled within 2 weeks of delivery date, no refund will be given.


The deposit may be transferrable to another date at the discretion of MegR & Co Parties.  


Postage and Delivery are included in all our packages.

Party Invitations will be couriered direct to your house on receipt of payment.


If for some reason you are unhappy with the service or product you have received, you have the right of complaint up to 48 hours after excepting delivery.  Anything after this time will not be considered.

It would also be helpful if you provided either photos or return of product to assist with your complaint.

Please note: Once your payment is received , we will accept this as confirmation that you agree to our terms and conditions.
